Tina Gradizzi, Executive Director
Tina has been the Executive Director since 2025. Tina worked the powdered metal/secondary industry for 7 years and in banking/investment field for 13 years before advancing into the Community and Economic Development world with the City of St. Marys. She was successful in securing millions of dollars for projects and programs over her 21 years with the city. She continues to advocate for local businesses, non- profits, residents, and municipalities and is an avid volunteer for church and community events.
Tim Pearson, Operations Manager
Tim has been the Operations Manager of the EDC since November 2023. Prior to serving in this role, Tim was the St Marys City Manger from October 2015 to December 2020. He also served 20 years in the US Air Force and is a retired Lieutenant Colonel. He has been an advocate for Economic Development in our community for over a decade.
